AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Provided payment has been received into our bank account and confirmed before 12h00 on a workday, SecurityOnline.co.za will begin
processing your order. If payment has not been received and confirmed within four workdays, your order will be cancelled. Please
assist us in speeding-up your delivery by e-mailing a copy of your bank transfer documents to
admin@securityonline.co.za stating how much was transfered, and from which bank and branch.
Most products on our website are regular stock items, however, from time to time stock-outs do occur. We will inform you if we
need to delay shipment of your order.
Those items not carried as regular stock-items will normally carry a notification on the product description as well as the
expected lead-time in days; this is the longest delay we expect before we are able to have your order ready for dispatch from
our warehouse. Over and above this lead-time delay, you should allow a maximum of two days for delivery.
We usually ship your entire order as one, single shipment.
SHIPPING
We will advise you by e-mail of shipping details on the day your order is dispatched.
SecurityOnline.co.za will ship your order using the method we consider to be most appropriate taking into account,
size, weight and destination. We insure your goods from our warehouse to your door, provided we ship your order.
We believe that we use the best shipping companies available, however, from time to time orders are delayed. In this event we
will happily liase with our shippers on your behalf in locating your parcel.
COLLECTION
We prefer that you allow us to deliver your goods, however, you may have your order collected on a Monday to Thursday
between 15h30 and 16h30, and on a Friday between 14h30 and 15h30.
Once we have advised you by e-mail that your order is ready for collection, please request your courier to collect your order during
the times stated above. It is very important that you instruct your courier regarding all aspects of delivery as SecurityOnline.co.za
will not be held responsible should wrong shipping instructions be used.
Your goods are not insured by SecurityOnline.co.za when you have your order collected from our warehouse.
RETURNS
We do not offer items for sale on a trial basis. In exceptional circumstances non-faulty goods may be authorised for return
but only on the understanding that all shipping fees including the fees in the original purchase are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing problems with any item you have purchased, please carefully read the product's instruction manuals again,
and correct any mistakes you have made. If you still need assistance, please e-mail us at
admin@securityonline.co.za.
Returns are only accepted on faulty, and then only on the terms of the relevant supplier’s or manufacturer’s warranty - this is normally stated
on the product’s listing.
Before goods are returned to SecurityOnline.co.za for any reason whatsoever, please obtain a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) from us
by e-mailing
admin@securityonline.co.za, stating the invoice number and date on which the goods were supplied,
and the reasons for requesting the return. We will then e-mail you a GRA together with delivery instructions.
